The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 established the Information Commission Board (the Board). The purpose of the Board is to make collective decisions about the strategic direction and performance of the Information Commission’s Office (ICO). The Board is also responsible for ensuring that effective arrangements are in place to provide assurance on governance, risk management and internal control.
