Information Integrity Working Group
Objective
The Information Integrity Working Group was formed on April 2025 and will serve as a platform for coordinating efforts aimed at building the capacity of information commissions in promoting proactive disclosure of credible, accurate and reliable information as a mechanism of preventing and curbing misinformation and disinformation. The Working Group will also encourage the establishment of partnerships that will enable access to information oversight authorities to better understand and mitigate the potential and actual impacts of generative AI tools with respect to threats to information integrity.
